Extremely grateful to Laura at the San Pedro Jared location. We purchased the protection package from Jared and she helped us easily navigate the repair. This location was very nice, and was surprised to learn that they celebrate engagements with drinks! That’s really cool! Shardae, who helped us through the whole process, had such wonderful service. She really knew what she was talking about, and was happy to share any tips about selecting the right band and gem shape to go with my engagement ring.
