I love working with Debbie at Jared. She is very knowledgeable, patient and never pushy for a sale which I appreciate. The pieces I have purchased are beautiful and I highly recommend Jared. Great quality and Great Prices.
Picked up my ring on Friday and didn't feel welcomed at all. The customer service was horrible. Acknowledgment and being friendly goes a long way and they need to train their employees.
APPOINTMENT NEEDED! Which is not on the website. I drive and hour and a half to get my ring inspected and was told he could log me into the system to make an appointment but could not take the 5 mins to clean my ring when there was only one person in the place. I have always complimented about how great Jared was but today was very disappointed. If you require appointments put it on your website.
The best
Very poor customer service skills. The representative I dealt with was unable to help me buy a product, even when I already knew what I was looking for. I would give less starts if I could. Customers should feel comfortable when they come in, I shouldn’t have to feel unwelcome in a chain store I have spent thousands of dollars at.
