Great products and solid customer service—but be very cautious if you’re considering their financing option. I strongly urge you to read every word of the fine print, no matter what the sales associate promises you. Came in to get a loose diamond set. Wanted a solitaire setting and a baseket. Had 2 meetings including one with the jeweler to do this. I laid out everything I wanted and was assured it would all be fine and my rings would sit flush. My ring has a visible scuff on the band, they put notches in my setting after I expressed that wasn’t what I want, and I asked for a basket around my ring that I didn’t get. Tina helped me fix a watch band the other day. She was so kind and helpful as she definitely did not have to help but choose to help me and go above and beyond. I sincerely appreciated the help and will not forget how helpful she was. I used to work in customer service and feel as though I know good service when I see it - yesterday I saw it for sure!
