These people are a group of effusive liars. They missed all of the deadlines. After we got the rings, Debra, the annoying, apparently lying, effusive one, said they could fuse the bands while we waited. Today, we went into the store. Donna greeted us and when we told her why we were there, she said no they don't do that. Then, manager 1 says you need an appointment, and the earliest appointment was 2 weeks away. My partner and I went simply to browse at rings and get sized. A woman named Sandy helped us out. She was extremely friendly and courteous, as well as being funny and personable. We ended up purchasing two very perfect rings with her help. She did not try to upsell, telling us straight out whether she thought it looked nice when we asked her.
