I visited this store after work last Wednesday, and the parking lot had not been touched from the 10" of snow that came through the area over the weekend. Nothing better than stepping out in this much snow with dress shoes. It was very disappointing. I reached out to the corporate contact form and was told by customer service that the local branch GM would reach out to me to discuss my displeasure. David Kennedy helped me with getting my girlfriend’s engagement ring. I told him my budget and he showed me a couple different options. Didn’t try to give me the run around or anything. Was in and out in less than an hour. The team had it ready that next day. Took it in to get it resized and was done within 24 hrs. Cant recommend them enough. Make sure to get the service/protection plan for the extra $200 it is well worth it

We have been shopping at this Jared for over 15 years. They have always been very friendly, helpful, and patient. Anthony and Joslyn helped me recently with a repair/replacement and were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make this a seamless process. We will always be loyal customers.
