We went here to purchase a mans wedding band and decided on a tungsten ring. We ordered a size 14 and the sales rep said he wasn't sure if manufacturer could make that size and would let us know. We put money down on 4.15.17 and 5 weeks later still hadn't heard any word. We called the store to check status and the manager said the ring was never ordered because the manufacturer could not make size.
