I had a wonderful experience today at Jared Jewelers. My chain that I recently bought had snapped today and Annie (manager) said I could come in and see if they could fix it for me. She cleaned my charms that I had on my necklace free of charge and fully replaced my chain for me! The other lady (I didn’t get her name) was also so nice and helped me as well. Jordan was AWESOME, Professional, Knowledgeable, and definitely he was extremely generous with making my dream come true for my fiancé. He also found my groom’s wedding band to match my bride’s wedding ring set. Everything worked out well and the experience was phenomenal.Me & my fiancé and wife to be also purchase future jewelry for the ceremony, Finally a complimentary champagne we didn’t turn down as it fit the occasion of our purchases.
