In an era where customer service seems to be non existent Lawrence Johnson went over and beyond to please. He was professional, courteous and kind. I had a wonderful experience today at Jared Jewelers. My chain that I recently bought had snapped today and Annie (manager) said I could come in and see if they could fix it for me. She cleaned my charms that I had on my necklace free of charge and fully replaced my chain for me! The other lady (I didn’t get her name) was also so nice and helped me as well. Jordan was AWESOME, Professional, Knowledgeable, and definitely he was extremely generous with making my dream come true for my fiancé. He also found my groom’s wedding band to match my bride’s wedding ring set.
