Jared has a wonderful supply of jewelry items, especially their Pandora bracelets and charms. However, my only negative is that it is not mentioned up front when lay-away's are transacted that payment is only accepted in the store so therefore, I had to closeout the layaway and it took forever. In this case, my son returned to the store for me today with my paperwork and bankcard. I hope we receive the credit back on my bankcard. Otherwise, everything is great with Jared.

Im about fed up with Jareds. I was propsed to on xmas eve, the ring was bout 2 months prior to and when I was asked the stone held fell out. We have had problems since them with that ring. My husband bought an anniversary ring six months ago and I went to get it inspected as your suppose to do to the insurance on it and I had a stone missing out of that ring as well. Jareds is awful. The jewelry there is poorly made. I have been married less than 2 years and I have had to bring my ring in 7 times due diamonds coming out and the head completely breaking off. Every time we take it to be fixed we always have a problem with them not wanting to insure it for the full amount to keep it a few days. I will never purchase anything from them again.

If you go there ask for Debbie. I'm not usually impressed enough to take the time to write these things, but she really takes a personal interest in your satisfaction with what you buy there. I personally hated those chain type jewelry stores, after working with her and the team there I would definitely return with my business. Johnny Cagle
