If they give you a time and day when your items are supposed to be “ready.” Make sure you show up the next day. Not the first time this has happened to me. Showed up 15 min later than my appointment time for them to tell me my rings aren’t ready yet and I live out of town.
Emily Dropps was AMAZING!! She made us feel very welcomed. Showed us a lot of watches. I will be going back to do business with her again.

I don't really leave reviews, but for this I have to. I come by every few months to get my ring cleaned. I'm always greeted when I come in. Olivia has helped me every time. She is very sweet and wonderful every time I come in! We always have amazing conversations when I'm there and I have never felt so welcomed.
