The ugliest display of professionalism I have ever seen. Worst experience with customer service and sadly this isn’t the first jared we have experienced this with. The manager was literally yelling and fussing with me about a repair on my ring.( Keep in mind I have had this ring less than 2 years and have had it repaired 4 times.)Then proceeded to call me an idiot in front of other customers and his team of employees. Go anywhere but here.
Hands down excellent experience. Highly recommended! Van at Jared did an excellent job of assisting my husband and I in picking out a new ring setting for our 30th anniversary! From first walking in, Van was personable and sincere with greeting us. He listened to why we were there and began to show us all Jared's had to offer. Mona Batraki was so awesome and funny. My wife came in and Mona knew exactly what would look good on her finger. She has excellent customer service and very knowledgeable about all of the products.
