Do not let them sweet talk you into using a Jared credit card for your purchase. They will tell you that you have a year of no interest, but don’t tell you if you don’t pay it off within that year they charge you back interest. Very shady. They just want your money and a sale. Will never shop at Jared again. Contacting the BBB and credit bureau.

The ugliest display of professionalism I have ever seen. Worst experience with customer service and sadly this isn’t the first jared we have experienced this with. The manager was literally yelling and fussing with me about a repair on my ring.( Keep in mind I have had this ring less than 2 years and have had it repaired 4 times.)Then proceeded to call me an idiot in front of other customers and his team of employees. Go anywhere but here.
Hands down excellent experience. Highly recommended! Van at Jared did an excellent job of assisting my husband and I in picking out a new ring setting for our 30th anniversary!
