The ladies I talked to in store were great, my problem is with the higher ups and call center. They either lost my package or order, I had no tracking for my online purchase, I waited over 2 weeks and NOTHING. The person I talked to the day previously said it would for sure get there on time, still nothing. Then, I called the customer service line to figure something out after buying an 1100$ necklace and they DISCONNECTED with me on their end. Van was great , me and my mother came in for a birthday present for my cousin and left with a beautiful pair of diamond earrings, definitely recommend him for fast and efficient purchases
