Got a great price on a pre-owned quality watch. They not only removed links but cleaned our other jewelry for free. Their pricing for rhodium plating seemed competitive AND they left a message saying they forgot to apply a promotional discount while we were there and did it for us.
I bought my husband’s ring from here for Father’s Day and Anthony helped me to ensure everything was perfect. The first encounter I had with him, he did not pressure me to get the ring and even showed me a couple more within my price range. When I come in for a second time, he remembered me and took the time to help me.
My fiancé didn’t take her ring in for over a year and we thought warranty was void as we needed to go every 6 months. They cleaned it no questions asked and revalidated the warranty. Shane co wouldn’t have done that. Jared is not only better customer service but also more reasonably priced
