Editing my review to say that I called and spoke with Michelle and in light of the situation she is taking care of the issue. She was pleasant to work with, helpful, and I’m very satisfied with the outcome and their customer service. Thank you! I’m disappointed with my last visit to this store. I have several pieces from here and always bring them in for cleaning and inspection. Recently I brought in a pair of earrings for that service, I was told they were in great condition and then the next time I wore them a stone fell o... read more
