My Husband bought a necklace online, chain was very thin and had knots in it when arrived went to exchange it at the Maplewood location and they would not exchange it because it was purchased online. Yes we had receipt and all in tack. They will not do an exchange…. I would not do business with this place, very rude and not very knowledgeable! We have nothing but the best experience every time we are here. Claire is amazing to work with for cleaning my wedding ring and is thorough and efficient. The entire staff here treats you like their best friend. I highly recommend to everyone!
I collect the St Jude Bear that Jared sells, but this year I was not able to go to Jared's before Christmas because I had COVID. I went right after but they were out. Anthony at the White Bear Lake store went out of his way to find me a bear and have it shipped to the store for me. I couldn't believe the customer service he gave me. It made My Christmas complete. Thank you Anthony.
