Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. This place has had my watch since November 14th, 2014. Not once have they called to inform me of the status. I am the one that constantly has to call. By the way this watch was $3k+ . DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! When you call, all you get are excuses. AWFUL!
