Best jewelry buying experience ever. Joshua was super helpful and let us take the lead. He listened to exactly what we wanted in a ring and was respectful of staying within a price range. We were so happy and will absolutely continue buying jewelry from Joshua at Jared for years to come.

Went into Jared with my boyfriend for first time engagement ring shopping and I thank my lucky stars Jerry welcomed us and helped us through the process. Jerry was a hoot! He walked us clearly through every step of the process, educating us on diamonds and styles, managing expectations, analyzing reactions, and made us very comfortable while providing a truly fun experience. Mediocre customer service at best. For a place selling such expensive product, you'd expect more than the bare minimum customer service. I went to Helzburg across the street and it was night and day and they helped me find out exactly what kind of engagement ring I wanted, and my boyfriend custom ordered it right there. Jared had a great selection, but at the end of the day it's the salesman that makes the sale, and the salesman at Jared just didn't do it.

Joshua was a huge help when I was picking out a ring for my girlfriend. He made the whole process way easier than I expected and took the time to really understand what I was looking for. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
