The staff was so amazing they helped me trade in a heart break ring for the start of my forever life ring. They were understanding and accommodating and helped me make the absolute best of a bad situation with minimal stress on my end

Josh at Jared’s in Portage is so knowledgeable and friendly to work with. Please ask for him when you enter, you’ll be glad you did. AND I’d like to give a shout out to Chris, the jeweler behind the glass who fixed my ring that I purchased in Mexico FOR FREE! A gem had fallen out. Luckily I found it and he put it back in and checked the other gems ❤️. Of course Josh steam cleaned it before I left. Thank you both!
