I purchased an extended warranty on a ring that I did not purchase from them. The ring was 12 years old and worn nonstop and was unable to be repaired. They took it upon themselves to find a setting that would match my current ring so that they could repair it under their warranty. As far as I’m concerned, they went above and beyond their role to make sure I was happy.
Me and my husband have been coming here since we got our engagement ring in 2023. The service is always really great, all the staff is very friendly and we always have great interactions with Jerry! He’s the best and we are always taken care of. Here’s a pic of my new sparkly cleaned ring ✨

Went in for a wedding band to match my engagement ring. I waited to long to do this review and now I can’t remember my sales persons name. We were in on Saturday May 23rd. He was very helpful and patient while I tried on many different rings before deciding on the perfect one. We have been to Jared many times over the years and the experience has always been exceptional.
