10/10! My experience at Jared's Jewelers with Oscar was BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL! Oscar was professional, personable, and OHH SO KNOWLEDGEABLE about diamonds! I wasn't even sure what ring I was looking for or diamond for my 30th anniversary and Oscar guided me and my husband through the whole process from day 1! Caitlin was an absolute gem, no pun intended to work with!! We had to get my wife’s wedding band appraised before going on vacation and because of the value it needed a special approval process. Initially we were concerned if it could get done on time but Caitlin jumped some hoops and ensured it would get done and the set get dipped in radium also. Well, all went as planned and my wife and I are very pleased and happy! Kudos to Caitlin for all the special attention and hospitality!!

I had a wonderful experience with Oscar! He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident in my decisions. I have been a customer of his for 10 years, and have loved every single item I have purchased from him. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to both their craft and customer service. Highly recommend asking for Oscar when you visit The Rim location!
