Terrible. I stood inside for 10+ minutes for a simple cleaning and not 1 associate acknowledged me. It's ok to be busy, but not to acknowledge your customers is terrible.

I’m went in to look at engagement rings with no clue, thanks to the help of Emilie and Shawn and there expertise made me more at ease as they helped me through the process and explained the details of the ring and diamond. Definitely we’ll be back!
