I decided to stop by to get my wife a wedding anniversary present. They didn't have any jade but there was a blue topaz bracelet on sale. I bought it and I was told to come back in and get it fitted. They tried to push a lifetime guarantee but I declined. When I came back in a couple weeks later, they tried to push the guarantee on me again. I declined again.
