Miss Donna is absolutely WONDERFUL, she helped my husband find the most BEAUTIFUL engagement ring! She is so helpful and really loves what she does. AND if you accidentally loose a stone, count on Paul for all your jewelry repair needs, he does gorgeous work! Thank you all!
Donna was wonderful; knowledgeable and extremely helpful she helped my wife find exactly what she wanted while staying well within my budget. I typically avoid jewelery stores due to past negative experiences with pushy reps but I have nothing but good things to say about this place.
Update: I have been coming for years and have never had better service! David is amazing and after my ring needed servicing after the loss of a few diamonds he kept checking on it and made sure it was top tier before letting me know it was ready. Thank you David and the rest of the staff for being so kind and helpful! I still cherish my wedding ring since we picked it out over 12 years ago! All sales people have been extremely helpful! Also the service I get when I go to get my ring cleaned is amazing!
Brought a chain for repair and needed earrings and a ring cleaned. The ring had a loose stone that needed repair and Anthony at the service center took care of it for no cost. I have been coming to this Jared store for many years and the service is always great. Also a shout out to Donna the jewelry specialist. She was very helpful and kind.
