I decided to give my late-wife’s wedding rings to her grandniece, to make them a legacy heirloom. Ryan went back through 20 years of transactions and found the original service plan. The rings were resized on short notice and at no cost. Ryan gave me kind of customer service I expect at Jared, excellent on all aspects!
We were looking to buy some jewelry. Miss. Hanna and Miss. Donna were very kind and respectful. They were polite and eager to help us. Miss .Donna was quite knowledgeable in the pearls department and patiently answered all our questions. Overall, we had a great and a satisfying experience.
