I came into Jared Jewelers to ask if they could help me untangle a couple necklaces, and everyone was so kind and welcoming! Donna and David were absolutely amazing — such genuine, friendly people who went above and beyond. Not only did they get my necklaces perfectly untangled, but they even polished my chains afterward, which made them look brand new. Ryan is wonderful! She helped my man pick out a spectacular engagement ring, and when I lost the big diamond a few months later she picked me out a perfect diamond to replace it. She even made sure it was done on my timeline because the 3 week standard waiting time was too much for when I needed it by. Always get the insurance folks! Tying the knot next year and decided to upgrade my engagement ring. We shopped around online and found my perfect match! The *add-on* protection plan is absolutely worth it. Ring was shipped to my house FREE on express two day delivery (signature required.) Needed sizing, so I took out to this location, and was met with friendly and prompt service. Ring was professionally downsized by one of their jewelers in a 24 hour window! I pick it up today on my home from our beach house! I’m SO excited to pick it up! 💍 🥰
Paul did an awesome job sizing and redoing a wedding ring. Looks brand new. Everyone at Jared is so nice. Donna was great.
