Me and my boyfriend wanted to go look at rings. The door is rightfully locked and you have to buzz to get it (totally agree with that) Rang the bells multiple times and was never an acknowledgment we stood I the door way for about 8 minutes and left. Won’t be spending our money there. Please work on your customer service.

This rating is specifically due to Jared’s Appraisal events. These can be signed up for online, which I had done, and received a confirmation number and email for. The timeframe listed both online and in my confirmation email, is noon to 6pm. I showed up at 4:30pm and was informed that the appraiser had already left and they didn’t show any more appointments in their system.
