There are not enough words to express our gratitude for Olivia. After a tireless journey for the perfect ring we were finally able to end the search at Jared Jewelers. Olivia was just what we needed. She was patient, attentive, and paid attention to details. She and Jared Jewelers was our answered prayer. Olivia was amazing and with Jared’s on site custom design studio, we were able to walk out with my ring the same day!

If I could, I would've given 10 stars. Denise and her entire team were a pleasure to work with. From their professional customer service to their compassion and follow through, they were all wonderful and caring!! Denise is definitely running a great team and she truly cares about their customers and ensuring they are taken care of. This wasn't my first purchase at Jared in Selma and it won't be my last.

Today (9/27) around 3 PM we had one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had. We walked in and: • No one greeted us. • No one acknowledged us with even a simple, “We’ll be right with you.” • No one checked on us at any point. As customers, we left feeling unappreciated and not valued. It’s clear this establishment doesn’t prioritize people—it prioritizes commission over genuine care. All of my watch straps broke at once, so I stopped by Jared Jewelers just hoping to buy a couple of pins for my old watch. Heather offered to take a look and said she’d see what she could do. Just ten minutes later, she returned with the straps repaired and ready to wear — and she didn’t even charge me. Everyone in the store was friendly, but Heather’s kindness and professionalism truly made my day. Thank you, Heather!
