All of my watch straps broke at once, so I stopped by Jared Jewelers just hoping to buy a couple of pins for my old watch. Heather offered to take a look and said she’d see what she could do. Just ten minutes later, she returned with the straps repaired and ready to wear — and she didn’t even charge me. Everyone in the store was friendly, but Heather’s kindness and professionalism truly made my day. Thank you, Heather!
