Had my chain and cross cleaned and polished. The cross turned out great but the chain was dull in color and was not what I expected to get back considering the cleaning was $100. When I expressed this to the woman I was working with her response was “it looks silver to me”…. I chuckled thinking she was joking. Apparently she wasn’t and offered nothing to be done or any explanation. She could have pretended to be helpful.
Very disappointed in the service here me and my fiance walked in to the Burnsville location and we walked around and looked for a while not one single person greeted us or even ask what we are coming in for very very poor service I will never be going back there.
Great service, got everything we came in for in a timely manner, very personable staff.
The people here are always so friendly and helpful. They are always concerned that you have a great experience. Kristy is a genuinely nice and friendly person. Always is just so easy to talk to.
Extremely disappointed in Jared and their customer service. My fiancé bought a ring, proposed within a month of getting the ring, and the diamond fell out less than 48 hours later. We were told they would put a note to rush it since it was a brand new piece of jewelry and this should not have happened. The estimated completion date on our receipt for the repair was 4/9 (one month from when we brought it back in).
