Very disappointed but did get a refund............I took my mother-in-laws "Pearl" necklace in to ask if they were real pearls before I had then cleaned and restrung. I was told that yes, they were real pearls. I paid $140+ and got them back nicely cleaned and strung but too tight to wear. They agreed to put an extender on the necklace at no extra charge. Once again I left them for a few days. When I picked them up, I was told that the jeweler there said they were not real pearls but instead fine costume jewelry!!!!! I paid ... read more
