Greg was so helpful. I came in looking for help out of the ordinary, he was willing to help me even though it wasn't something they would normally do. They were so wonderful and patient and accommodating. I highly recommend them!. They are now my "go to" jewelry store!!!!!
It is really sad when you spend tens of thousands of dollars at the store and you need to pick up a watch that was repaired and both of the people that are there to help you make you wait for 20 minutes instead of taking two minutes to get a receipt so you can go about your way. Worst customer service experience I’ve had and I will never spend another dollar at the store again.
Lauren was so helpful when getting my wedding set repaired. The whole process was quick and convenient!
Wonderful friendly staff always helpful
