Customer service was good. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Just sucks when you spend so much money on an engagement ring and the center diamond falls out less than 48 hours after your future wife puts it on. Now have to wait 4-6 weeks while telling everyone we’re engaged, but don’t have a ring to show for it.
