I purchased a set a lab created 2ctw earrings on Dec 17, 2025. I returned to the store on Jan 4, 2026, that's 18 days, due to the screw-on backing was not holding the earring stem in place, which could allow the earring stud to fall off the ear. My wife would not be happy. Even though it was inside the 30 day refund window, the store wanted to charge me $39 plus tax for new backings. Always prompt and easy to work with. No pressure sales. Easy warranty and inspections. Many times inspections and cleanings are done same day or within 1 business day. Friendly staff who have been there for years!

My experience at Jared Jewelry was extremely disappointing. I paid to have my ring resized and a diamond replaced, and was told the work would be done in two days. When I came back to pick it up, it was not resized. Then they told me it would take an hour to resize it as if the previous two-day wait meant nothing. What made the experience worse was the attitude of the staff. They were rude, dismissive, and condescending.
