Fernando and his amazing crew really went above and beyond to ensure my Mother's old heirloom engagement ring was ready, with new diamond replacement over-nighted, and repaired and refurbished to be ready in time for my flight on such short notice. This was a time sensitive situation due to health reasons, and Jared of Tustin delivered, with excellent service every step of the way. The ring looks amazing and can't wait to go surprise my Mom.
