My husband purchased a beautiful pair of earrings from Jerad Jewelers for my birthday. The earrings are lovely, and the store’s location is convenient, so I was looking forward to becoming a customer. Unfortunately, my first personal experience in the store was disappointing. Responsive and efficient. A diamond fell off after about 5 years and through warranty we were able to get it fixed in a smooth process. Very friendly!

(Continued from last post since situation was too long) After making me feel super uneasy, I told her, I was certain and to just get the process going. She said she would send out for a new image, wax molding to get done and I told her to skip all of that and to make it from the original custom plan in 2021.
