Dont ever trust their Sale or Coupon is a lie and scam you for it. make sure careful before you pay others have to wait 7-10 days to get your money back, keep your money go different jewelry way more better

Great place to buy jewelry that falls apart. Have had to replace a silver necklace 2-3 times since buying it and the newest one broke. I have no other options for replacement unless I pay full price, otherwise they’ll give me another faulty chain each time which is guaranteed to break within two weeks of getting it. One time I can understand being it being an anomaly, but this many times is indicative of poor quality. I will not be going to Jared for anymore jewelry. They get two stars because the pendant itself is nice.

Took our rings in to get rhodium plated couldn’t find our paperwork center rung & diamond was not purchased from Jared‘s. We were happy to pay the charge to get them Rhodium plated. Came in today to get our rings and because originally they were sold to us with the warranty that they would rhodium plate all but we cannot find our paperwork Salesperson waived the fee to rhodium plate center diamond ring. All rings came out beautiful, so happy thank you Jordan Creek Jared’s & Theodore.
