If you are looking for great food and excellent service in Patchogue, El Jardin is the place to go! The atmosphere is wonderful, the food is top notch, and the staff is incredibly welcoming and helper with our friend's birthday . We were lucky enough to have the morning staff as our waitress they provided exceptional service and took great care of us. We will definitely be back!
A lovely place to dine where you certainly don't feel rushed out. Lovely indoor atmosphere. Lovely outdoor atmosphere. Lovely servers. Coffee really good, but we waited 20 minutes for the coffee, which was after my husband caught the eye of the waitress. The food delicious (omelet for my husband; Eggs Benedict over sauteed spinach & kale for me. A side of roasted white & sweet potatoes for both of us) after waiting close to an hour. We were excited to visit! However… After a 35 minute wait on food and drinks, we were missing half one entree, wrong drink order, and a completely wrong entree. Dont get the quesadilla too… it is dripping in oil. The wrong entree was told to us to be comped or we can wait another 20 minutes for new food. To not waste…we kept the food we didnt order. Warning!/¡Aviso! English: I came here with my wife. We initially planned on just having a couple of drinks, but decided to stay for some appetizers. At the end of the meal, the server brought over the electronic bill with only the signature section and tip option visible. I signed it and left a 20% tip. After leaving, I checked the emailed receipt and noticed that a 20% gratuity had already been added to the bill. I had unknowingly left a total of 40% in tips. Food was incredible. We had the apricot chili wings, Skirt steak bowl and Baja shrimp tacos. Everything was delicious! And service was great
