I thought Michelle was really professional, but also a genuinely nice person, who looked after us, and addressed all of my concerns. She anticipated that I would be concerned about the service history on my new BMW car and arranged prior to my arrival for me to have a service paid for at my local BMW dealer, which I was more than happy with. Overall, the buying experience was excellent, and better in fact than dealing with BMW dealerships directly.
Michele McCormack looked after us in purchasing our new car. Her manner was genuine and friendly. She was also able to provide all the information we needed. My partner and I would be happy to purchase from them again
I came from Manchester to view and test drive my new car. Unfortunately, due to traffic on the motorway, I arrived at 5.45pm. Even though I was so late, Michael still took me for a test drive. I liked the car and purchased the car there and then. Great service!
