The office never answered after trying to reach for 2 days. FINALLY when I did get an answer it was 4 in the afternoon and she was so rude! a technician was sent over the following day, he was friendly and i had him service my ac unit.

Jaramillo's Pluming has worked on my rental property in Socorro. They gave me a very fair price for a new heating solution. They were very prompt and did a great job. I have since called them back to install two air conditioner and shower pluming. Again a fair price and great job.

I can't actually speak about the quality of their work, because they never showed up. After trying to contact them for 2 weeks, and only reaching a business voicemail, they finally called back and told me that their plumber "had a cold" and therefore didn't get back to me. They told me they would be out to my house the next day -- never showed up or called to make other arrangements. I tried one final time to call them and gave up. Ridiculous. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I would give zero stars if I could. They installed an $8,000 heating and cooling system in our office, and while the a/c works great, the heat won't get our office over 52 degrees. When I complained about it I was told "its a heat pump, not a furnace". Why did you install it and represent it as "climate control" then? They refuse to come back to our office to look at it. Next time I need this type of service I will either research it and do the work myself or hire ANYONE ELSE. HORRIBLE INSTALL/SERVICE AND PRODUCTS.
