From the first phone call to Alejandro. I knew I found the right legal firm. He and Sarah made the process ( selling a property ) very easy! All correspondence was prompt and any questions I had were answered with clarity. I would not hesitate to use their services again and would refer them to anyone who needs legal advice/repesentation! We hired this firm to represent us on the purchase of our first home at a very busy time of year. Alejandro and his staff remained available during the holidays to answer all of our questions which we very much appreciate. After reading some negative reviews, I was worried but decided to work with them for their great pricing for the sale of my condo. When I called a couple of days before the closing date to find out where things were, I spoke with a lady who sounded to be in her 30s with Spanish accent who said her name was Sarah, Mr. Jaramillo's law clerk. What a terrible experience, fortunate for me I switched law firms before closing. Alejandro doesn’t know the difference between a sale and a transfer. Communications is none existent, it’s comparable to dealing with Rogers. I’d rather stick pins in my eyes.
