I purchased an aluminium Tracklander flat rack from an authorised reseller that was based interstate. When I received the rack it had a couple of minor paint defects that I touched up before I mounted it onto the custom canopy of my new D-Max. After a few months and some use I noticed the paint was easily coming away from the rack in one corner so I called into the Jaram headquarters in Welshpool. I don’t usually do reviews but thought it right to give a big thumbs up to Jaram for their products and service. I bought a large Dream Rider rack for my VW Crafter van. I dealt with Dimas as sales consultant who was able to give expert advice and was very responsive. Jaram don’t have an agent near me in Canberra, so Dimas arranged freight with the rack broken down to minimise the costs. It arrived very quickly and was easily assembled.
