These guys are amazing, I have a tracklander roof rack platform for my Holden trailblazer and noticed it was looking incomplete and missing a few things, so I did some research online and found Jaram, and these guys are the best decision I made. Great service and products, friendly staff & quality shelving. Got the drivers side shelving only done on my van. Had a printed quote for $1420 which I paid 35% deposit for, after installation the total ended up being $1980 due to the sales guy’s error. In my own business when I quote a price, it doesn’t change. Even if I under-quote a job it’s something I have to wear as a business.
I purchased an aluminium Tracklander flat rack from an authorised reseller that was based interstate. When I received the rack it had a couple of minor paint defects that I touched up before I mounted it onto the custom canopy of my new D-Max. After a few months and some use I noticed the paint was easily coming away from the rack in one corner so I called into the Jaram headquarters in Welshpool. I don’t usually do reviews but thought it right to give a big thumbs up to Jaram for their products and service. I bought a large Dream Rider rack for my VW Crafter van. I dealt with Dimas as sales consultant who was able to give expert advice and was very responsive. Jaram don’t have an agent near me in Canberra, so Dimas arranged freight with the rack broken down to minimise the costs. It arrived very quickly and was easily assembled. Amazing service, great team. As the job was in progress pictures were sent with updates. The work has been done to a very high standard, clearly the Jaram team are proud of what they do and so they should be. We will definitely be a return customer. Highly recommend them.
