Working with this agency was an absolute nightmare. From start to finish, the entire experience was disorganized and unprofessional. I applied for a job about a month ago in indeed and Joe called me yesterday all of a sudden without any notice and did a phone interview. I missed the first call but called him later. He said they needed to hire right away and asked for in-person interview the NEXT day. I told Joe that I have part-time jobs and my own schedules lined up but he insisted that I should cancel my own schedules. Does he think that my own Personal/other work schedule are not important? Extremely rude. Applied to a position posted on Indeed and received a phone call regarding that posting. So I called the number on the voicemail and asked for Josh as he had mentioned on the voicemail. Josh was interrogating me asking why I changed career paths for he just "couldn't understand" and did not want to accept the answer I was giving him and kept insisting for more information by asking rude questions.
