She’s been very helpful with my IBS and GI issues
Horrific experience simply trying to acquire the Rx for a colonoscopy screening. Rx was never ordered, despite an email weeks ago, stating otherwise. I called the Dr back, to have the RX sent to the pharmacy. I then went to the pharmacy 4 hours later, only to be told again that the Rx was never called in. I decided that it is not in my best interest to begin a relationship with a specialist that does not possess the ability to order a simple RX for a procedure without multiple calls and confusion. THE WORST. If you want to live a colon cancer free life DO NOT go to Sandra Jara. Being a gastroenterologist you think she would have found the cancerous tumor in my mothers colon after repeated visits, calls to the office and tons of issues with constipation, complete loss of appetite, unbearable nausea, extreme weight loss from 130 lbs down to 89 lbs in less than 3 weeks, she couldn’t even drink water. This woman should not be a doctor. I had a very strange email conversation with her. She suggested an over the counter medication that has L-menthol in it. I told her I could not take L-menthol because it is made of peppermint, which can be verified on the internet. I then asked her if there were other prescription drugs to treat my condition, and twice over email she just kept harping on the fact that there was no peppermint in FT-Gard, which there is because it has L-Mentol in it. Dr. Jara is a wonderful doctor. She also has a terrific bedside manner. I have 3 colonscpies and 2 endoscopies at this clinic over the last 10 years. The only place l will go for these procedures.
