On Wednesday, October 17th, my wife and I moved into a “Warner Gateway” Home in Washington Utah. When we arrived at the house we discovered that the residence was filled with dead bugs through out the residence. It was filthy and appeared to have not been cleaned for some time, there was dirt every place in the house, the walls, doors and windows were a mess. I never leave negative reviews but in this case I am trying to warn people about the owner of JAR development. I'm not going to vent but ask that you please google him, read his history, and pay attention to the reviews other than the one that he left, his wife left and his realtor left before you do any business with him. He may sound sincerer, nice and honest but the legal records shows otherwise.
We moved in to Warner Gateway at the end of March after what can only be described as an interesting process with Jay Rice and his employees. Throughout the inspection process there were problems found with the home that they seemed to not want to take any responsibility for, and somehow the construction manager, Carl, seemed to think that all of the delays in our closing was the Veterans Administrations fault and not because they couldn’t get a certificate of occupancy. I could sit here and write a novel about my experiences with you, but instead I think everyone in the Zion Village Community would like to have an answer as to when the clubhouse and pool are going to be open??? The pool was supposed to be open in July, then November, December, February. Do you see a pattern here? You are taking our HOA money and told us that the pool was open in February.
