One of the few places I can take my Land Rover to and know they are doing a great job. Communication is always good and upfront about pricing and what needs to be done. Definately a return customer.
And to recap on cha n ginger my date of service they lied and said my appointment was Monday not Friday. Wat they failed to know my buddy was right beside me when I called so we could go together. Its crazy wat people will do when they dont want to do something
From the front desk to the service team, my experience was amazing. The front desk lady was incredibly kind, helpful, and great to talk to over the phone. I brought my vehicle in to have my brakes checked, and they were able to find the issue quickly. I really appreciate how detailed they were, they didn’t just focus on the problem I came in for, they took the time to look over the entire vehicle. Overly to expensive and wanted to charge us $212.00 for oil change .we paid overv$700 to have a starter put in plus they charged us to look at everything including tires .and I asked not to look at any thing else just to see what's wrong with it. I'm sorry we won't be back .
Feel like they really kept me informed and I now know more issues that will need fixed in the future without feeling like I was being pushed into more than I was ready for. So far my truck is quieter than it has been in years and feels like it's running way better after getting filters and exhaust fixed. The time frame was also very impressive just 1 day of it being at Jar and I am back on the road!
