I contacted them because a friend recommended. They were able to get me in and were upfront with letting me know that my vehicle may not get repaired until the following week. They were nice enough to offer a loaner vehicle due to living 30 mins away. The only issue I had was the falling out of communication with what all was going on. Got my service on my truck today done front desk was very helpful and was nice left with a smile when I left
JAR went out of the their way to get my vehicle ready for an out-of-state vacation. We were headed to Eastern North Carolina with its heat and humidity and JAR got our a/c up and running even when they got the vehicle the day before the trip and complications arose. They were outstanding!!
