Jeff and crew came through again. My mustang ended up loosing gears I investigated it a bit and told him that I heard metallic clink on Pawnee road. I called and limped it to the shop and they did their own diagnostic found out the transmission shift bracket was missing the bolt and bushing ended up finding it on Pawnee road where I told him. It’s typical on the s197 mustangs if you don’t locktite it so he found most of the hardware and reinstalled it shifts like a champ now… best service and very fast dropped it off around ... read more

I was impressed the minute I stepped in the door. Melani greeted me with a big smile and it was fun and comfortable from then on. Everything I wanted done was completed and the mechanic suggested a few more, but what was good was he explained why they are needed. I will definitely return for anything I need done. Thank You!!!
Timely quick service very professional. Front desk personnel very friendly and accommodating
Everyone very helpful and pleasant. Everything very cut and dry, no wiggle room. Mini cooper, parts expensive, tech time very expensive. Bothered by if on inspection the tech see a loose clamp or any easy fix, he doesn’t fix it just reports it. Then the customer has to pay another tech time to fix it. Every shop I’ve dealt with tries to keep costs down as much as possible.
