After spending a lot of money in this store over Christmas break I just tried to do a size exchange for the same product and they wouldn't do it. That is extremely poor customer service and the lady working the store was very rude. Also deleted my comment on Instagram. They do not care about their customers. When we said we wouldn't be back the lady replied "ok". POOR BUSINESS!!
My daughter & I went yesterday to look for birthday gifts and they acted like they could care less about selling anything. However, they greeted everyone that came in after us. Needless to say we went somewhere else to spend her money. I will order my shirts off line before I shop there again.
Just visited Jar & Company at Celebration Village, loved everything. Can't wait to visit the shop in Florence! Roll Tide
