I have used Jaqua’s Events and Tents multiple times and every experience has been outstanding! We’ve rented bounce houses, tents, tables, chairs, linens and even carnival games and supplies for my mother-in-law’s work picnic at Crane Pumps and Systems. After using them 3 times I will NEVER use them after how the owner talked to me. After being told the tent would be picked up Thursday at 2p it wasn’t. I’m calling and texting Friday to see why it’s not and no one is getting back to me. I have texts and phone records to prove it. Finally after 5p the owner answers and I tell her how I’ve been blowing up her people all day. The fire marshal needs the tent removed asap. I was told this would be done Thursday. These guys are great. Inflatables were delivered plenty of time prior to the party and they looked to be brand new. Well priced and quick pickup after we were done. We ordered for 100+ people (tents and bounce houses).
What a wonderful group of people, they worked with me and made my wedding and party quite classy. They were punctual, courteous and efficient when putting up and taking it down the tent. Cared about whether they harmed our yard and checked on the tent during the storm. I would recommend them to anyone.!
