When my car first broke down, the team were amazing at diagnosing it, however they didn’t have any availability for six weeks; I booked in with them, and was without a car for six weeks (a 10 mile round trip, walking to work!). On the day of my car being fixed, I turned up and waited 30 mins past the opening times with no one turning up. I continued to call and still nothing all day.
