Great service. I was finding it very hard to get a wheel sourced for my car due to it being an unusual size, after a lot of searching I going Japs had the wheel I needed in stock. After a quick phone call, there was no issues getting the item delivered to Northern Ireland - something a lot of places didn't want to do! Item has arrived as described and in great condition, can't thank yous enough!
Amazing service from every member of the team. My dog chewed through all 3 seatbelts and I sourced replacements through Japs and what a service. From friendly and courteous conversations, any one member of the team went above and beyond to accommodate the solution needed whether that was a change of part, change of delivery address, nothing was short of amazing customer service.
