1st time here. The group I was with enjoyed the cocktails and scotch ( I had a beer ). A very cool place to visit, but nothing wanted to keep me there.

Japps Bar is a must-visit! I went in with a wild idea for a Hennessy cocktail, something completely off-menu and a little 'out there'. Adam, the bartender, absolutely nailed it. He took my crazy request and turned it into the best cocktail I've had in ages, mixing up some seriously creative ingredients. I think the people who used to go to Japps years ago will not like it anymore, this was the case for me. It used to be a relaxing jazzy cocktail bar and now it has turned into a loud night club for a bunch of youngsters. The drinks were okay still, but it was so loud we left promptly after one drink. This was on a Saturday around 10pm. Highly disappointing.
It is great to have a time of dancing and singing.
