Spent $1500 dollars plus here over 2 weeks as well as a returning customer. Spoke to my family member horribly when he dropped tyres off for me. He had a knee reconstruction recently and was told he couldn’t drop at the front and was expected to bring over massive 4wd wheels. The owner even called him names you would not say to someone and mocked him over and over. Shortly after two young girls parked in the same stop and he did not say a word. Disgusting. Won’t be taking my business back here.

Very professional and to the point, you knew exactly what you were up for and if it was going to run a little over time then you’d be able to get a lone car until it was ready, my friends recommended you to me and I have passed it on, congratulations all at Jappo Donks 👍🍺

Have been coming here for a number of years now. The beauty of this place is its work ethics shown by its employees. Without fail they always open on time every time. Staff get quickly to work on any job . Large or small. Staff always work within all OHS regulations. I requested 4 tyre replacements. All were replaced within 30 mins. I can’t recommend Jappo Donks highly enough. They saved our bacon today and they were the only ones in town who had the tyre we needed on hand for our Tesla and at an unbelievable price. From the phone call to the service and to Zac the owner, the best in town. Thank you so much!!
