Np Harding listens well and creates a connection to his patients. He is thorough, polite, and knowledgeable. Wait times can be long but he is worth the wait.He would receive 4 stars, but the office staff are awful. Rude, condescending, laughable at the pure lack of compassion for patients. Do not expect them to give details to your provider. Always go through the portal.
Jay is one of the best Doctors here in Cookeville. He is very caring and will listen to your concerns before suggesting any one treatment. He makes sure he explains everything to you in a manner you will understand. I have personally been seeing Jay for over 10 years and I will continue to see him as long as he is practicing in the area. If you want an awesome doctor you can trust and talk to Jay is the perfect doctor for you!!!
Extremely polite provider with great bed side manner. Sometimes long wait times, but he is worth it because he will spend as much time with you as needed. He truly cares for his patients and is also very intelligent. Great office environment and friendly staff.
