They did an excellent job with solid follow through to make sure everything was perfect. And it was.
Update edit: I hope you can declare that you got sued for this, and ended up paying close to six figures in order to settle. You should be ashamed of yourselves and do the right thing instead of trying to defend your image online. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE! Jeff Japhet should be ashamed of his greed, and his company should be prosecuted for the loss they have caused to families. They promised us a home and then set us up for failure.
