I made the mistake of going here today to have a tyre leak fixed. I was "assisted" by a person who spoke with a British accent harbouring obvious personality issues....... Despite being more polite than this person deserved, each of my reasonable questions was met with sarcasm laden responses. What a way to run a business. Absolute zero professionalism. Fast, half the price of what I'd pay where I get my services done. The last set lasted 4 or 5 years. It took Marty and another guy half an hour to do 4 new tyres. Easy.

Have been going there for years and every time there service gets worse and there tyre they supplied were absolute rubbish!! As a business owner I don’t know how they survive, it’s like they go out of there way to be rude and unhelpful, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here.
The guys here at Japanese tyre import have a very good and fair prices shop, a real tyre shop feel, the way it should feel when you go to a tyre shop, you know the work here is going to be done right as soon as you see and feel the shops atmosphere.
