lady on customer service very rude
Family run business, picked up a part for my vehicle.very reasonable priced.
I'm sorry to say that I had a terrible experience with the lady boss in the end. Although she is very well versed with the parts, technically minded and knows what she was talking about, she was rude, unfriendly, and unforgiving. I bought a gearbox part a week ago and placed it in our warehouse on a pallet shelf until I could get a mechanic to install the part. Before he installed the part, he took it out of the boot onto a jack so he could take my car for a drive to see if it was really the gearbox issue. Turns out it wasn'... read more
Angela was the rudest person I have ever meet! Got hung up on so called back to put in a complaint which a different person answered then proceeded to laugh and tell me that Angela is busy with customers and unable to talk. I could hear her in the back ground which was more frustrating. Got told to go on google if I want to put in a complaint so here I am. -1/10 from these people, disgusting the way you think it’s ok to treat anyone like that.
Tried calling up about a engine inquiry and just got told no, and just asked on an estimate price for import and just got told no again then hung up on me, then I called back to lay a complaint and got told I was talking to the boss earlier and that she will not be calling me back regarding my complaint. Would highly recommend staying away from this company as they a very rude
