Booked an appointment for my partner for Father’s Day. Received a reminder text two hours before the appointment. No one was at the spa when he arrived. He waited for half an hour. We tried calling and texting but there was no response.
Unfortunately my experience with Japanese Scalp massage was poor. I can’t speak to the treatments as I didn’t end up having anything done. But as far as customer service I can’t recommend. I had heard good things about the experience from a friend of mine and I had a treatment booked by my husband for my birthday I was so looking forward too. Feb. 20, 2025 Today's apt EXCEEDED my expectations. Figgy was very friendly, professional, and personable. She explained what was going to be done during my massage, took precautions due to my having an allergy alert, and ultimately pampered me. I will definitely be going back for more apts in future
About a week ago I seen Figgy for a scalp hair analysis. I really enjoyed my time. It's not just about hair, it's about all of you. This way by far the best service I’ve ever received!! My best friend and I went for the Japanese scalp massage and hydrojelly facial and I was so relaxed I fell asleep for the first time ever! Absolutely worth every penny! Do yourself a favour and book one immediately. Very comfortable, clean, professional and serene.
