An authentic and professional Japanese massage parlor located in Surry Hills. Asuka has a great technique and was able to relax my muscles. To access the ship after hours, you use the intercom to get into the building. The was clean and relaxing. Highly recommend. 👍

Asuka is a gem! 💎 the massage was hands down the best massage I've ever had in my life! She's such a master, knowing all the pressure points in my shoulder blades and released all my knots and tensions so well, I left feeling like all the weight I've been carrying for year on my shoulders completely lifted 🙌 I've never been to a massage place more than once because it never feels that thorough and personal but Asuka will be my go to from now on! 💛

This is the most therapeutic and transformative massage I’ve ever experienced! Asuka and Yumi are both so welcoming, positive and enthusiastic, it was a beautiful experience from the first moment I stepped into their space. Yumi was my massage therapist and I was amazed by how skilful and consistently incredible she was over the two hours. I chose my shoulders, neck and scalp as the main target areas - walking out of the spa, I felt like a brand new person. Asuka Retreat Spa has to be my best ever massage experience! Lighting was just right , music was just right, temperature perfect , and Asuka’s friendliness and caring nature made me feel comfortable and has a beautiful personality overall. ! Will be my go to place for a relaxing, stress free, massage place !!

I had the most amazing massage with Asuka! So happy to find this gem of a place which is so beautifully decorated :) The massage was so enjoyable and relaxing! I like stronger massages and so Asuka really is skillful in being able to combine both strong pressure and relaxation techniques. Also, l came in from an international flight the day before. Now after this massage, I feel so refreshed and energised. Thank you Asuka!
