Really bad customer service and unprofessional! I called on Saturday, January 25, 2025 and asked about scheduling an oil change for the following Monday. The gentleman said if I showed up at 8 AM when they open that they would have me finished in an hour. I showed up at 7:55 AM and there was nobody in the store. I understand they open at 8 AM but usually there’s Employees there getting ready for the day. Someone showed up there at 8:02 AM.
