Over 25 years with our family cars. Always, always truthful about what you need done on your card. Much less expensive than dealers. Treat everyone as a family member! Drop off at night or early morning f appointment. Easy pickup! Do yourself a favor and join their car maintenance family!
This place is very good and very very honest! I am a Engineer and I am called very skeptical when it comes to making decisions because of my background. I have been going to Japanese Beetle for 8 years now. Their staff is very knowledgeable and honest. They tell me what I actually need and how and when I should get the repair done with no pushy sales talk, just the facts only about my car and my many questions! They are the best I have ever experienced!
When I first bought my Acura, I had several bad experiences at the dealers & other independent shops. From my very first visit to Japanese Beetle, I felt so lucky to have found such a great shop!
