Excellent Service Owner is as honest as they come. Quality of Service is excellent and done in a timely manner. I've had two vehicle worked on there and my father has two vehicles as well. I'd highly recommend this shop. PROS: Great Hones Service CONS: None
recommended- honda owner I was told by a tire shop after getting an oil change that i needed my transmission fluid flushed and it would be about $170. I called Japanese automotive since i had an oil change there before and they told me to bring it right in and they would check it out. Come to find out you shouldnt flush a honda's transmission rather it should be drained. they took care of me in a timely manner for a third of the price! they are very honest and will only tell you what REALLY needs to be fixed.
Good People Was recommended to these guys by a friend about 6-7 years ago. Have since sent 3 different Toyota's to them for consistent, reliable maintenance and repairs. Every time I mistakenly venture away for convenience (they are about 12 miles from home) I always return to their good reliable service and fair price.
