Grate costumer service, and my car was fixed with much lower price.
There is a services which one may rate ugly, so I would recommend this one to my enemy. Ed the manager is a croock who will start his job by pulling and tearing your wipers, and will say - wow! your car needs a new wipers, this one is bad. I couldn't belive that because I had replaced my wipers only 2 weeks ago. The other thing is he will charge you for the jobs which he creates right there, he will never fix the problem you came for. This repair shop is wonderful. We had driven down to DC from Massachusetts on a Friday, and our Mazda MVP started acting up badly just as we got to DC. We picked Japanese Auto Repair out of the yellow pages because they advertised that they were open Saturdays. We showed up at 9am Saturday morning without an appointment to see if they could help us, and the wonderful people at Japanese Auto Repair diagnosed the problem, repaired it, and had us all set and on our way by mid afternoon.
