Incredibly reliable, extremely honest and highly professional. We used them for 3 years before trying 2 other shops closer to home, which was a big mistake. We've since returned and can't help but praise the quality of work and the staff, especially the owner/manager.
I was impressed that i was able to walk in and my car was fixed in a timely fashion with an appointment.
I would not recommend this shop at all. They hang up on you in middle of conversation on phone before you even finish speaking with them about a repair request.
Mr. Shin was very friendly and easy to work with. I came in for a transmission and brake fluid service, price was very more than reasonable and work was done within 3 hrs. Will be returning for future work.
