Taken three different Acuras here, prompt service, honest, competitive prices. Close to the metro.
Ed and his team took the time to look and fix my car and did so in a respectful manner. Will definitely be taking my car here for routine services going forward.
I would give a 0 star if I can, please do not go to this spot if you know whats good for your wallet. ESPECIALLY if you know little to nothing about cars. My girlfriend went to this shop to get Spark plugs and ignition coils done and they charged her $105 per each ignition coil, and they only replaced one... ONE. They also charged her $25 per each spark plug, this car is an ECONOMY VEHICLE, there is no reason why a single spark plug should cost her $25... What a great place!! We needed some work done on our truck, and they got us in fast and did an excellent job. We're also new to the area, and they provided recommendations elsewhere for services their shop doesn't do. They're very professional, kind, and very reasonable on parts and labor costs. Highly, highly recommend Japanese Auto Care!!
