I love this place! The practitioners are professional, and I feel relaxed every time I visit.
I'm not the type of person to read or write reviews on businesses but this experience was very very bad. I've been to Shiatsu clinic many times and every experience has been great. No need to ever make appointment with a specific practitioner they have all been great at diagnosing what you need, even with limited English, even if they don't fully understand what you're asking and you can use hands to gesture where you want work done on your body. Asked multiple times for the person to give a very very soft massage and every time when I asked this about 1 minute later person giving the massage ignored my request and went back to whatever they are more used to doing. I was unable to stand 15 minutes of this person doing the massage. I paid and left in the middle the time remaining and left unsatisfied.
