Ben got me in right away on a moments notice when no one else would even entertain helping me. Showed he was very knowledgeable
This is a really good auto shop. They are very trustworthy and don't do unnecessary repairs or over charge. I don't know anything about cars and like it's that way. They do what needs to be done and I don't have to worry about it I never write reviews unless I find a product or business that really stands out and deserves to be acknowledged. Japan Motors deserves 5 stars for sure!
Initially called the place to get car transmission flush. Don’t have a lot of experience with auto shops since I normally go to the dealer. Customer service was great and the pricing is much more affordable than the dealer. I told the mechanic this was my first time and he took care of me.
