Omg 😳 it's one of the worst Japanese restaurant I have been to. The miso soup was cold, salad had no dressing, tonkatsu was dry, curry sauce was extremely salty. Also their food and soup was very inconsistent in portion and temperature wise. The only good 👍 was the self serve hot water. Even so, the restaurant makes an effort to notify the customers that the paper cups they provide will be thick enough to contain hot water, even though they were not. I would not recommend and I will not be coming back again for sure.
Dinner on Friday with 2 small kids. Other reviews offputting & unfair IMO- our food was great & came fast, service responsive, plenty of staff, everyone friendly & welcoming. Great prices too $60 to feed 4 of us with specific meals especially for the kids. Really happy here & would return again. Also love that they have a shop attached where you can look and buy Japanese items that are really decently priced too (looks expensive but affordable if you look). Would recommend
Very slow service
Food was not very good. The tempura was fine, but the karaage chicken was really tough and dry. The salad that came with the set was wilted and kind of slimy and I didn’t feel comfortable eating it.
