Don was extremely helpful when I brought in an old Nikon heirloom, he helped me change the batteries and load it while taking the time to show me some tips and tricks as I am very novice in film photography. Great service and I will be back.

AVOID IF YOU ARE GETTING OLD FILM/SLIDES SCANNED: please save your money. I had ignored another review, but I now can confirm: quality is very poor (low resolution - 96dpi - 1831x1240), and many things are dusty. Photos were cropped. They charge extremely high prices, even for bulk orders. They wouldn't send me any previews - now I know why. I am *so* disappointed. Of course, I'd rather have poor scans of these old treasures than nothing. But PLEASE, if you're thinking of using them to scan your photos, DON'T. Go buy yoursel... read more
Debby/Debbie is the best. She’s always gone out of her way to help me out in a pinch, even if she’s really busy. Fast and pain free. Service Ontario recommended this place for passport photos locally since they can be quite picky with the ones they accept, and the less I have to deal with Service Ontario the better.
