Very upset. A staff member named Peggy was very rude and disrespectful towards me. I went to get my passport photos done and she gave me a tissue and told me my face was too shiny. She said “is this your natural face because it’s very shiny” and I said “oh haha it is my natural face thank you” then she told me that it was not a good thing. As an insecure teen girl who has struggled with acne and insecurities her calling my face too shiny and greasy to take a photo hurt a lot. I will never be coming back because of her.

Highly recommend for newborn passport pictures! I unfortunately did not get the name of the two women that helped with the pictures, however, they were very lovely. My one month old son was not having it and was unhappy about the whole procedure. However, they took their time and made sure that the pictures were perfect for the passport requirements. Went to get baby's passport photos. Baby is 3 months old so I was wonderinghow they would do since she doesn'thold her head yet. They have this mesh bath seat which was perfect. Just need to bring your own white blanket to put under baby. Lovely staff.
