Don was absolutely wonderful, and so very kind! I came in a couple of times and he helped me out with some old film rolls that I wanted developed. He took the time to explain the process, and was very helpful! I was very happy to be able to salvage some old photos and appreciate all of his help! Japan camera in Belleville are the most amazing team. I brought a film on a 8mm roll of my moms wedding film to have transfered to a dvd. The time they put into it the presentation was brilliant. I cant thank them enough for their hard work and dedication in the service they provided and just the overall experience was amazing. You guys are the best by far. Not only did we find some amazing camera gear here for a crazy deal, the staff also helped us out with our camera questions and tended to one of our cameras that was acting up. We offered to pay for their time but they didn’t let us. They were so sweet! Japan Camera has the kindest most knowledgeable staff and awesome inventory! Highly recommended!
Don was extremely helpful when I brought in an old Nikon heirloom, he helped me change the batteries and load it while taking the time to show me some tips and tricks as I am very novice in film photography. Great service and I will be back.
