This is our second visit this year to Japan Auto and, just as in our first visit, every bit of the 90k service and brake replacement on our nine year old Subaru Forester was completed by the book. (The first visit which resurrected a 19 year old V6 Accord to like new status was a MAJOR accomplishment!) Josh, Dario, Hannah and the entire crew are the kind of experts you want in your corner.
I've been a customer of Japan Auto Repair way before Kenzo retired and sold to Josh; back then, I could drop in with minor questions and be on my way..."High Kathy...no charge!" - that's still the way it is with JAR! Love each and everyone there!
I've been going here for well over 20 years. They take very good care of my car. They're professional, honest, and caring.
Fast, efficient, and fair. Communication was great and honest work provided. Expected additional issues but they were able to fix the problem without additional repairs. Highly recommend using them over the dealer.
